By placing an order with Pinoy Chef, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

Orders 

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Pinoy Chef reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. 

Pricing 

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices may change without notice. Prices confirmed at checkout will be honoured. 

Catering Orders 

Catering orders require advance notice and confirmation. Once confirmed, catering orders are prepared specifically for the customer and are subject to the Catering Refund Policy. 

Payments 

Payment is required as outlined at the time of ordering. Catering orders require a deposit as specified in the Refund Policy. 

Delivery & Pickup 

Delivery times are estimates only. Pinoy Chef is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive delivery. 

Food Allergies 

While care is taken during preparation, Pinoy Chef cannot guarantee food is free from allergens. Customers are responsible for advising of dietary requirements prior to ordering. 

Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinoy Chef is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services. 

Changes to Terms 

Pinoy Chef may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
